About Me

I’ve done creative things my entire life. I’ve dabbled in many mediums but painting is where my heart resides.

Growing up in the country embedded a deep love for the beauty of the natural world. The small moments growing up: stargazing, sipping nectar from clover flowers, wandering through the woods, the stillness of the lake, my first time with the oceans, the majestic sky with its ever changing composition have been profoundly impactful.

My 18 year career as a personal stylist is also present in my work in that color, shine, pattern, shape and texture were my tools and the body my canvas. I tend to approach a painting by building layers of these elements.

My work has been described as “tangible joy”. That description delights me as my goal is to paint with joy and bring that to the world. I hope you enjoy viewing as much as I do making.

  • Shipping

    Shipping within the continental US is available. Shipping is included on pieced 36 x 36 and smaller. For larger works, I will provide a quote to you. For pieces larger than 36x48 i can create works on canvas and ship them rolled or if they are on a stretcher please note that price increases dramatically as it requires special crating and shippers.

  • Commissions

    Commissions are available. Simply contact me directly and we can discuss what you would like. Commissions require 50% down to get started an 50% on delivery. In some cases, I will produce two pieces so there is a choice.

  • Event Painting.

    I offer Live Painting at events!

    I will produce a painting during your event. The painting will be yours to raffle, auction etc. Guests enjoy seeing the process. Pricing is the cost of the painting plus any travel. Please email me for details.
